| Important Notes: |
1. The deadline for the abstract submission is on June 30, 2010.
3. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be by July 30, 2010.
4. It is a requirement that at least one author from each abstract is registered at the conference.
5. The scientific committee would decide about the mode and the time allotted for presentation (Oral/ poster).

Oral Presentations: |
1. The official language of the conference is English.
2. Presentations must be submitted at least 4hours before the specific session.
3. The presentations must be in Power point format, in Microsoft windows 2003.
4. Chairpersons will be strict with the timings of all presentations. |
Poster Display: |
1. The posters would be displayed in the foyer outside the main conference room.
2. Posters would be displayed during the 3 days of the congress e.g. from October 08-10.
3. Posters size is 120 cm height X 90 cm width.
4. Posters would be displayed on Poster Stands provided and numbered serially. |
Guidelines: |
. Abstracts must be written in English
. Type the abstracts in small letters (Times 12)
. Abstracts must be submitted as MS Word (.doc) file
. Maximum number of words used: 250 words
. Type the title of the abstract in CAPITAL BOLD LETTERS
. Write the name/s of author/s with initials preceding the last name, institution/s, city and country.
. Underline the name of the presenting author only.
. Use double-space between the heading and the text of the abstract
. Type the text in single-spaces
. Avoid the use of graphs and pictures
. Specify your preference for ORAL or POSTER presentation
. Any abstracts received after the deadline will not be published. |
