HOTEL RESERVATIONS Joint ISIC'05 & MED'05
A limited number of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at special prices at the following hotels. The hotels were chosen based on their location as well so that no transportation is required. 'First Come First Served' policy will apply. St. Raphael Hotel is 10' walking distance from the conference hotel. Elias Beach Hotel is 2' walking distance form the conference hotel.
Above prices are per room per night for single or double occupancy. Only one adult can stay in a single room. Minimum two adults and maximum three adults can stay in a double room. For the 3rd adult beyond the two the following charge will apply:
Should you require a baby cot in your room, no supplement will apply for infants (0-2 years). However for children of 2 - 12 years old the following supplement will apply:
The balance of your accommodation account is to be pre-paid at the Conference Secretariat, Top Kinisis Travel, by the end of May 2005 at the latest. Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat at least 15 days prior to check-in date. For cancellations received after the 15-day period, a two-night accommodation charge will apply. Given the high attendance expected, we urge you to RESERVE ROOMS THE SOONEST POSSIBLE.
