Notes:

  1. Unless authors pay "upload fees" and "over length page charges", their papers will not appear in the conference proceedings. The upload fee for a paper is considered paid if at least one of the coauthors of the paper registers at full member/non-member rate. (Students as well as other Reduced Rate registrations do not qualify for paper uploads).

  2. Members of the Founding Societies - American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers - are entitled to register at the IEEE Member rates.

  3. Students, unemployed IEEE members, retired and Life members are entitled to register at the reduced rate.

  4. Registration to any of the conferences includes participation to both conferences, the abstract book, 2 CDs with the conference proceedings of both conferences, welcome cocktail, gala dinner and coffee breaks.

  5. Reduced rate registration does not include gala dinner tickets.
