CONFERENCE INFORMATION
Conference Venue:
The Workshop will be held at the Golden Bay Hotel in Larnaca. Long
known as a landmark of Larnaca and a focal point of its business and
social life, located about 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport.
The Golden Bay Hotel is a five star hotel, which is open all year.
Located on the beach, at a small distance from down town.

Language
English will be the official language of the Workshop and will be used
for both extended abstracts and presentations.

Letter of Invitation:
Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details.  Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference.  It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.
Air Travel:
Cyprus can be reached by several major international airlines from European gateway cities.  Popular gateways include London, Paris, Amsterdam, Athens, Frankfurt, Zurich, Helsinki, Rome, Tel Aviv, Dubai etc. In addition, Cyprus Airways provides regular daily flights from major European and Middle Eastern gateways. If you need assistance with flight itineraries and fares, please contact the Conference Secretariat, Top Kinisis Travel, who will be happy to offer their expert knowledge.
Airport Transfers:
The Golden Bay Hotel (conference venue) is located just outside the town of Larnaca, only 14 kilometers from the Larnaca International Airport.  Taxis (mainly private taxis and rates are based on taximeter) are always available at the airport for your transfer to the hotel for approximately €23 per taxi.
Insurance:
It is recommended that participants arrange insurance for medical expenses, loss of personal belongings and accidents occurring during the congress. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages or injuries.
Dress:
Dress for delegates will be smart casual throughout the Conference.
