Airport Transfers; :

The Golden Bay Hotel (conference venue) is located just outside the town of Larnaca, only 14 kilometers from the Larnaca International Airport.  Taxis (mainly private taxis and rates are based on taximeter) are always available at the airport for your transfer to the hotel for approximately €23 per taxi.

Cancellation Policies:

Registration:  Cancellations before the 1st of September 2007: 80% of fee will be refunded.  Cancellations received after the 1st of September: fee non-refundable.

Accommodation:  Cancellations received on or after the 1st of September 2007 will be subject to one night’s cancellation charge.  Cancellations received one week before check in date will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
