| Symposium Duration: |

The Symposium will commence in the morning of the 4th of June 2008 and will end on the 6th of June 2007 in the afternoon. Registration and Welcome Cocktail will take place on the 3rd of June 2008. |

| Symposium Venue: |
|
| The Symposium will be held at The Amathus Beach Hotel which is located on the outskirts of Limassol and offers top-of-the-range facilities and amenities. A municipal bus line, operating at 20 minutes interval, connects it to the city centre, a journey of 20 minutes. Hotel bookings can be made via the conference on-line registration form. Besides the Amathus Beach Hotel, three side-hotels are offered for the symposium participants at special rates. The two hotels are within walking distance from the Amathus Beach Hotel and the one is 2.5 kilometres away. |

| Airport Transfers: |
|
| The Amathus Beach hotel is located 58 kilometers from Larnaca International Airport. Larnaca International Airport is the nearest airport to Limassol. A dedicated coach/taxi service from and to Larnaca International Airport will be operating on main travel days. A bus/taxi time schedule will be be prepared based on your flight details and will be forwarded to you by e-mail one week prior to your arrival. |

| Letter of Invitation: |
|
| Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Symposium may write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details. Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Symposium. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support. |

| Cyprus can be reached by several major international airlines from European gateway cities. Popular gateways include London, Paris, Amsterdam, Athens, Frankfurt, Zurich, Helsinki, Rome, Tel Aviv, Dubai etc. In addition, Cyprus Airways provides regular daily flights from major European and Middle Eastern gateways. | It is recommended that participants arrange insurance for medical expenses, loss of personal belongings and accidents occurring during the congress. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages or injuries. |

Dress for delegates will be smart casual throughout the Conference. |

| Conference Fee: |
|
The conference fee includes: proceedings, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches for 3 days, welcome cocktail, post-first-day reception, symposium banquet and airport transfers on main travel days. |

| Accommodation: |
|
Rooms will be reserved on a 'first come first served' basis. The number of pre-booked rooms is limited. The balance of your accommodation account is to be pre-paid to the Conference Secretariat prior to your arrival. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to alter reservations. Notification of such changes will be in writing and in good time prior to arrival. |

| Cancellation Policies: |
|
Accommodation: Cancellations received on or after the 20th of May 2008 will be subject to one night's cancellation charge. No-show participants will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Registration: Cancellations before the 20th of May 2008: 80% of fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after the 20th of May 2008: fee non-refundable. |
